Maintaining Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain requirements:

  • All suppliers are required to provide an environmental policy.

  • All suppliers are required to provide certificates of conformity that work within tolerances acceptable for use in Peracide

  • All suppliers are required to provide REACH information

  • All active ingredient suppliers are one of 3 approved UK suppliers, and include large distributors

  • All alternative suppliers are at least one of 5 approved UK suppliers

  • Suppliers are required to provide a lead time on placement of order to ensure continuity in production

  • Lasting industry contacts allow us to be aware of potential shortages in advance so we can cover stock when required.

Ensuring stock levels

When we opened our own dedicated facility, we were able to increase our production capacity from 2 pallets per month to 20 pallets per month. This more than services our existing contracts and allows us plenty of room for growth.

We are also capable of opening another facility to allow further growth.

Reliability of the supply chain

Our extensive portfolio of suppliers allows us excellent control of our production schedule. We also keep a log of local machine specialists that can immediately repair any potential machinery issues we may face.
