After the recent lockdowns, as workspaces and offices have gone unused for long periods of time the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has predicted a rise in cases of Legionellosis, due to Legionella bacteria growing within stagnant, unused water supplies. Peracide been proven to be effective against Legionella pneumophila and, in response to this predicted rise in cases, we have developed a Peracide drain disinfecting, cleaning and deodourising sachet that prevents Legionella build up in areas such as sluice rooms, sinks, and drains.
